Export or delete your data

Your data is yours. There is no self-serve "export everything" or "delete my account" button in the app yet, so both are handled by our support team.

What you can download yourself

• Documents. Invoices, estimates, credit notes, and purchase orders can each be downloaded as a PDF from their own page.
• Reports. Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and the capital assets report have an Export Report button that downloads the report as a CSV file.

Get a full copy of your data

Email support@kontala.com from the email address on your account and ask for a copy of your data. We will prepare it and send it to you.

Ask for deletion

To close your account and have your data deleted, email support@kontala.com with your company name and what you want removed.

Two honest caveats:

• Returns and submissions already filed with HMRC stay on record with HMRC.
• Some accounting records must be kept for as long as tax law requires, and we will tell you if that applies.
